Become a

Certified HR AI
Practitioner.
The profession is splitting into those who can put AI to work and those watching others do it. Four Saturdays, a capstone assessed by senior HR leaders, and a credential that shows which side of that line you are on.

“There are multiple platforms to teach you AI. With CHAP you will solve only for HR, and the training starts from basic concepts, for HR folks who do not necessarily come from a coding or tech background.”

The honest truth

The gap is not awareness.
It is structured practice.

The tools are not the hard part. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini all work. Knowing exactly what to say to them, for your problem, with your context, is the hard part.

You tried AI and got a five-paragraph answer written for nobody in particular.
Your exit surveys and attrition data sit in spreadsheets nobody acts on.
You want a credential backed by a live project, not a badge for watching videos.
Preparing a dashboard for senior leadership used to take days. It is very quick now.

The dashboard that I have created using AI has made a significant impact in the quality of output presented to management.

Working on HR dashboards and drafting policies is very quick now. It helps to quickly prepare dashboards which earlier would take days to make presentation ready for senior leadership.

It has helped me think more strategically, leverage AI in my day-to-day work, and improve the quality of my project execution and decision-making. The value comes from implementing the concepts.

This has changed the perspective of AI usage. Earlier it was just seeking answers and analysing. Now it has enabled me to think in terms of creating solutions.

The programme

Four live sessions.
Hands-on from the first minute.

Two hours each, on four consecutive Saturdays. You work in the session, not after it.

01

AI Foundations and Prompt Engineering

Why your prompts produce what they produce.

  • Choosing between ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini by task
  • The RCTCO framework, built and tested in the session
  • The prompting mistakes that produce generic output, seen live
  • Follow-ups that push back and refine until it is right
02

Applying AI to Talent Intelligence

Why most job descriptions fail before anyone applies.

  • A five-dimension audit for any job description
  • A live rewrite, with before and after side by side
  • Simulating ATS scoring on a real resume, then improving it
  • A bias audit across your hiring documents
03

HR Analytics with AI

Why HR data rarely reaches a leadership decision.

  • One prompt that cleans and frames raw Excel for analysis
  • Interrogating your dataset in plain English
  • Building an executive dashboard from the output
  • Turning exit interviews and pulse verbatims into themes
04

AI Judgment and HR Decision-Making

When to trust it, when to override it, how to verify.

  • Why AI is confidently wrong, and how to catch it
  • Red-teaming your own prompts against their own output
  • Preparing for exits, restructuring and contested grievances
  • Your personal AI protocol, and the verification step
Capstone project

Where knowledge becomes
proof of capability.

You are grouped into teams, choose one of six tracks, and build a complete AI-assisted HR solution. You present it live, and an external panel of senior HR leaders evaluates it.

A
Intelligent Onboarding System
An onboarding journey for one role, across the first 30, 60 and 90 days.
B
People Analytics Dashboard
One people question, answered from real data, in an executive-ready dashboard.
C
Talent Acquisition Toolkit
A hiring toolkit for one job family that another recruiter could pick up cold.
D
Employee Communication Redesign
Three real HR communications, rebuilt, with every significant change annotated.
E
Performance Management Redesign
Your appraisal cycle rebuilt, with working tools a manager can run alone.
F
HR Policy Intelligence System
A system that answers questions on five real policies, in plain language.
Presentations are reviewed by an invited panel of senior HR practitioners and technology leaders. Panel profiles are shared before the final session, and every team receives written feedback within five working days.
How work is assessed

The bar is practitioner-level,
not perfection.

An honest project on a real HR challenge with clear prompting logic will pass. A polished project built on a fabricated scenario will not.

Kapil Saxena
Who teaches it
Kapil Saxena
Founder, HRIN · AI Coach · Product Management Leader

Twenty-two years building products, and an AI coach who works with teams putting these tools into production. CHAP is not HR taught back to you. You already know HR, and past cohorts have included CHROs, VPs and Heads of HR. What Kapil teaches is the part almost nobody in HR has been shown: how these systems actually behave, where they quietly fail, and how to get real work out of them.

Before you apply

The questions
people actually ask.

No. CHAP is built for HR professionals who do not come from coding or engineering. The sessions start from basic concepts and work up to applied use, and every example is an HR one. If you can write a job description, you can do this.

A general course teaches you the tools. CHAP teaches you what to do with them inside HR work: job descriptions, people analytics, internal communication, and the judgment to tell a good AI output from a plausible one. You also leave with a capstone assessed against a published rubric, which a webinar cannot give you.

You are grouped into a team, choose one of six tracks, and build a complete AI-assisted HR solution. You present it live to an external panel of senior HR leaders, who assess it on practical rigour, prompting quality, insight and judgment, and communication. The full weighting is published above, so nothing about the assessment is a surprise.

The four live sessions are two hours each on consecutive Saturdays. Beyond that you need time for the practice exercises between sessions and for your capstone with your team. Participants who get the most from it treat it as real work, not something to watch passively.

Sessions run at 10am IST on each of the four Saturdays, which is 4:30am UTC. Participants join from outside India regularly, so check that the time works for you before you apply, because the sessions are live and are not recorded.

The sessions are not recorded. They are live and hands-on, and the value is in doing the work in the room rather than watching it later. What you do keep is access to the HRIN Academy, which holds all the learning material and the prompt library, so the frameworks and prompts from every session stay available to you afterwards. If you know in advance that you cannot make a Saturday, tell us before you pay.

Yes. The fee is invoiced with GST, so it can be processed as a professional development expense and reimbursed. If your organisation needs anything specific on the invoice, tell us when you apply and we will sort it before payment.

Once payment is made the fee is not refundable. Seats are capped at 20 and confirming yours means turning someone else away, so we ask people to be certain before they pay. If your circumstances change before you have paid, simply tell us and we will release the seat.

We review every application within 48 hours and confirm whether you have a place. The payment link and the session schedule are shared on acceptance, and pre-reads and joining links go out before the first Saturday.

Working HR professionals anywhere in the world. You do not need to be an HRIN member, and there is no seniority requirement. Past cohorts have included HRBPs, Heads of HR, GMs, VPs and CHROs, and the mix is part of what makes the sessions useful.
