The truth is, there aren't many places. The industry is full of showbiz — flashy events, surface-level content, and vendor-driven groups where real conversations get buried under sales pitches. For the HR professional sitting with a tough decision at midnight, there's very little practical, honest support available.

That's why HRIN was created in September 2023 — with just one focus: let HR help each other. Not through polished webinars or sponsored content, but through real people sharing real experiences. Today, HRIN groups buzz every day with questions, answers, and genuine human connection.
